JOSIE THOMAS is a sophomore at Purdue University. Josie is pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering. In high school Josie attended Westlake High School where she was a student athlete and scholar – earning an International Baccalaureate diploma. Josie was an active part of the youth group at Calvary Lutheran where she was a student leader.
Josie is no stranger to hard work and balancing academics with her organizations, playing tennis and serving others.
Serving others has always been important to Josie and she was an active member of the Room in the Inn team at Calvary that ministered to homeless men each week. You can find her Calvary on Tuesday nights during her breaks. Josie was also a Peer Minister in high school and reflects on how that shaped her and helped her integrate into college life in a new town and state!
